Sally Mill

I began my career in Dental Nursing in 2014, completing my Dental Nursing National Diploma in Derby.

 

After taking some time away to have a family, I returned to dentistry and joined Spondon Dental, where I have continued to develop my career.

 

I am passionate about providing a professional, well-organised and patient-focused service. I believe every patient should feel listened to, respected and cared for, and I take pride in ensuring our team delivers a friendly, caring and trustworthy experience.

 

I have a strong passion for organisation, continuous improvement and maintaining high standards. I am incredibly proud to have successfully led the practice through a CQC inspection, ensuring we met the required standards and continued to provide safe, high-quality care for our patients.

 

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and children, socialising with friends and playing netball.
